Taking things a step further in a practice
we call "hyper-reflection"...
So again, where am I right now and how did I get to this point?
In the time and space I've allotted myself herein, I've answered this question as thoroughly as I can, except to mention this critical point:

In the repetitious exercises of 6 and 7 at the end of each chapter, we are then encouraged to reflect upon our own reflections (as examples in the book demonstrate).
Indeed, this letter of introduction serves a demonstration of the practice of hyper-reflection, as its composition has forced me to re-reflect upon the past 30 years-worth of my previous reflections on self and world.
